I have all the Bunky Books and this is the best one yet. It's a fun look into the group of characters who star in all of Bobettes' books and how they handle the responsibility that comes with being able to wish for anything they want and make it happen. Sometimes a wish made in haste creates problems they had not thought through and they have to go back to the way things were before the wish was granted. It helps to inspire kids to go for what they want and power up for future success. The illustrations are cute and as always they are accompanied with positive thoughts and ideas to make kids feel really good about themselves.
Bobette Stanbridge is an artist of great versatility. Her children's books, "A JoyfulDay" and The Magic Kite" have the spontaneous charm of an imaginative child turned loose with a paint-box and a blank wall!...but embedded in her imaginative stories are valuable life lessons that entertain children while they also teach good values....Share these books with your kids!!
Imagination and creativity
This books allows a person to see beyond what is; to what could be. The drawings are wonderful and beautiful to look at, almost as if I could tear them out of the book frame them and hang them on my wall. Children of all ages will love this book because it allows them to dream, think, be creative, explore and expand their ideas. Parents can use this as an interactive tool creating many opportunities for discussions of a range of topics.
I would recommend this book to anyone that wants to be inspired, or have a smile plastered on their face just by simply looking at the pictures.

It is a great book for children. Very current and has wonderful messages throughout the book. The artwork is very colorful and the characters are really cute. Nice Fantasy.
Bobette's books are the most joyful, uplifting and heartwarming books that spread joy and happiness, healing, love and llight. They are a real treasure for any child. The illustrations are fabulous and all the colors and characters are just precious! What a wonderful way for children to learn to connect with love, feelings, nature and creativity. Teaching throughout the books in a most wonderful way. Bobette has so much talent and so much to give. These books are just one example of her talents and gifts. I believe this will help children make a better world for all.

We have Bobette’s children’s books, “A joyful day” and “The Magic Kite.” The story lines of these books and the art work are absolutely phenomenal. I’ve never seen a book with such gorgeous detailed artwork. My baby has loved looking at the artwork since she was 4 months old and now at 18 months she loves listening to the imaginative stories! These books are her go to books! My 12 and 14 year old children thoroughly enjoy reading these books as well! These books are so inspirational and are great for children of all ages. Being a former teacher I wish I had books like these to share with my students. I highly recommend her books!! Absolutely love them and they are our family’s favorite books!!
